Professionally trained in international dance styles such as contemporary, ballet, jazz, salsa, Bollywood, and freestyle, Priya started to explore her yoga practices after realizing the transforming benefits of yoga, she could develop physically, mentally, and spiritually also complement her dance practices. Practicing yoga for more than 5 years, she started teaching yoga with a strong desire to add value to people’s health by sharing her knowledge of yoga through dance therapy. In her own words,

“Practicing Yoga has been a part of my life for more than 5 years, and my yoga practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible, and fearless on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.

As practicing yoga is a journey of constant learning, I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom that my mentors have shared with me.

During my classes, I love to combine yoga with dance to develop creative sequencing of a spirit of playfulness and enjoyable inspiration to help you deepen your yoga practices. My motive is to help people to live a more mindfully and balanced life by nurturing body, mind, and soul with yoga.”

Priya keeps herself in peace and compassion through steady and consistent meditation practice to balance out his asana practice. She has been practicing and teaching intensive yoga and dance and fitness regimes for many years, an aerial practitioner too.

Her Past Accolades
Training in International dance styles in the Terence Lewis Academy, Ashely Lobo’s The Danceworx, and Rahul Goswami’s Moksha dance space for more than 5 years, She worked as an Assistant Choreographer for a South Indian movie recently. Also, she choreographed for a Hindi music album released by Golden guns entertainment. Performed with movie actors in Bollywood and South film industry songs.
